			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Chicken can often be really bland. It can be boring to keep eating the same after-school snacks day after day. My mom constantly made <a href="http://welovechicken.com">chicken recipes</a> that consisted of meat, and Italian dressing. That was it! Just thinking about eating this bland and boring dish is upsetting my taste buds.</p>
<p>Sometimes she would put in roasted carrots; unfortunately these too would be smothered with Italian dressing and in my opinion, this completely ruined the carrots for me. <p>2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese<br />
600 grams of ground beef<br />
1 cup of refrigerated rolls<br />
1 cup of tomato sauce<br />
1 paprika<br />
1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt<br />
1/4 teaspoon of salt<br />
1 slightly beaten egg<br />
1/3 cup of green pepper (chopped)<br />
1 cup of green beans (drained)<br />
1/3 cup onion (chopped)</p>
<p>Instructions</p>
<p>Set the oven at 190 degree C (or 375 degrees F)</p>
<p><a href="http://cabernetwine.net/category/cooking">Cook</a> the beef until brown in a large frying pan with green pepper and onion, and then drain.</p>
<p>Include beans, tomato sauce, salt and garlic salt, and then mix. Allow to simmer as the crust is prepared.</p>

<p>Use the rest of cheese and paprika to sprinkle over.</p>
<p>Place in the preheated oven until golden brown for 20 to 25 minutes.</p>

<p>Fry vegetables until they are soft for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir occasionally while adding the parsnips (should be pre-roasted).</p>
<p>Pour the chicken stock into the vegetable mix. Put in some black pepper and salt. Allow to simmer up to 20 minutes. Liquidize this after.</p>

<p>Mushrooms With Walnuts and Sherry Recipe</p>

half c. chopped toasted walnuts<br />
Two Tbs sherry or fortified wine<br />
1 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice<br />
one tsp orange peel or lemon peel &#8211; finely grated<br />
Two Tbs fresh parsley (chopped)<br />
Salt</p>
<p>Directions:</p>
<p>In a skillet or frying pan blend the oil and butter.</p>
<p>Turn the flame up to medium/hot and transfer the mushrooms to the pan, saute them gently until they are tender.<br />
Add walnuts, sherry, lemon juice and citrus peel. Saute the mixture for a minute or so, mixing well to guarantee the mushrooms are covered with the liquid.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Chicken is quite rightly one of the most popular meats throughout the whole world.<br /> It is low in fat, is an excellent source of protein, exceedingly versatile and is the key ingredient in many diet recipes. If you can get hold of an free range chicken, do so, as it will be a purer meat, with less chance of it containing added hormones. It&#8217;s also a sound policy for animal welfare, as most of the supermarket chickens are bred in conditions that are quite awful.</p>
<p> If you are not on a diet, there is no need for concern as not all chicken recipes are <a title="diet recipes" href="http://www.recipe-ideas.co.uk/diet-recipes.htm">diet recipes</a>. All the same, almost all recipes that include chicken will be, more often than not, better for you than equivalent recipes cooked with other meats.</p>
<p> Here is an example of a recipe that will satisfy your family and friends.</p>
<p> It requires:</p>
<p> One organic chicken (approximately 3.5 lb)<br /> Two C. of apple cider<br /> Six apples (peeled and quartered)<br /> salt (as needed)<br /> pepper (as required)<br /> One tsp. cornstarch<br /> 1/2 cupful light whipping cream<br /> One tablespoon of lemon juice<br /> 1/3 C. of butter<br /> 2 Tbs of olive oil<br /> A quarter teaspoonful ground cinnamon (not obligatory)<br /> 4 scallion onions, (chopped fine)<br /> 2 cloves<br /> A quarter teaspoonful ginger<br /> 1 sprig of parsley, (chopped well, for use as a garnish)<br /> 1/2 teaspoonful thyme<br /> Two teaspoons of sugar</p>
<p> Preparation:</p>
<p> Clean the Organic Chicken and dry it well.<br /> Combine a little salt and pepper and rub it into the chicken (both inside and out)<br /> Pour the lemon juice over the pieces of apple.</p>
<p> Melt half the butter in a skillet then mix in the oil.<br /> Add half of the apples to the pan and cook softly for five minutes until browned slightly<br /> Mix in the ginger and stir well, cooking a short while longer to enable the ground ginger to give up it&#8217;s flavors.<br /> Stuff the chicken with mixture from the skillet and close the chicken cavity by string or by threading with a skewer.</p>
<p> Melt the remaining butter into the pan and then add the chicken to the skillet and quickly brown the outside of the chicken, turning it so it browns evenly.<br /> Place the bird in a big oven ready casserole dish with a tight fitting lid.<br /> Take the apple that is left, the green onions, cinnamon, thyme, sugar and cloves and put them in the skillet.</p>
<p> Fry gently for 2-3 minutes and pour in the apple cider and increase the heat to start the mixture boiling.</p>
<p> When the cider mixture is boiling, pour it over the bird and replace the lid, using foil or wax paper to ensure a good tight seal.</p>
<p> Put the pot in the oven and cook for approx 3/4 hour at 200C/400F</p>
<p> Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a warmed plate while you make the sauce.</p>
<p> If there is any fat in the pot, skim it off and then boil the juices down until there is just about one cupful remaining.</p>
<p> Mix in the cream and cornstarch, and stir constantly till it reaches a nice creamy consistency.<br /> Season to taste, and then pour over the chicken</p>
<p> Toss some of the parsley over the top, and serve.</p>
<p> If you want to keep the whole meal healthy, you may want to add a vegetable side dish of asparagus or spring greens and sauteed potatoes.</p>

<p>No matter how you cook them, fish usually take close to ten minutes per inch of thickness. The less flesh through which the heat has to travel, the less you will need to touch the fish. So for your thinner cuts you won&#8217;t need to do anything, but for your thicker filets, you may want to flip it when it&#8217;s half cooked. Fat-filled fish, such as salmon and tuna are excellent for most cooking methods. Certain fish, like grouper or tilapia, require added moisture or basting if you bake or broil them.</p>
