This site is dedicated to Cabernet Sauvignon wine which happens to be the author’s preferred wine varietal. That’s not to say that the other varietals shouldn’t be enjoyed and yes even Merlot (what an unfair label its gotten). Wonderful drink and great food is what its all about!
